Meet the Redwood Team

Scott Hite

General Manager | scott@redwoodbrands.com

Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in the premium wine and spirits industry to Redwood Brands. He has previously worked for E&J Gallo, TY KU Spirits, and Whyte and Mackay Americas, in sales leadership and general management roles, building brands across the country. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales for the western region of the Anchor Distilling Company where he managed a leading portfolio of craft and imported spirits across 22 states. Scott has a proven track record of market success in brand development, industry partnerships, strategic planning, and overall operational efficiency.

Josh Wortman

Commercial Director | josh@redwoodbrands.com

A co-founder of Redwood Brands, Josh brings experience throughout the spirits industry working in beverage program and cocktail development, bar management and on the distribution side with a portfolio of boutique, global spirits producers. He has partnered with founders on their sales and marketing strategies, brand development, training and education. As Commercial Director of Redwood Brands, he’s excited to help the next generation of global spirits innovators find creative ways to generate growth.

Kelly Hansen

Director of Operations | kellyh@redwoodbrands.com

Kelly brings to Redwood Brands over 9 years of experience in the spirits industry and over 20 years of experience in start-up companies. She has previously worked at Partida Tequila, McMorrow Savarese Consulting, Scient and USWeb in general management, strategic planning, operations and finance roles. She most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Cooper Spirits, where she led the budgeting, operations and resource planning efforts. Kelly has a proven track record of success as a trusted advisor to “Board and C-level” executives making strategic decisions regarding product development, market expansion, investments, sales execution, organizational structure and branding.
