Meet the Redwood Team

Scott Hite

General Manager |

Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in the premium wine and spirits industry to Redwood Brands. He has previously worked for E&J Gallo, TY KU Spirits, and Whyte and Mackay Americas, in sales leadership and general management roles, building brands across the country. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales for the western region of the Anchor Distilling Company where he managed a leading portfolio of craft and imported spirits across 22 states. Scott has a proven track record of market success in brand development, industry partnerships, strategic planning, and overall operational efficiency.

Kelly Hansen

Director of Operations |

Kelly brings to Redwood Brands over 9 years of experience in the spirits industry and over 20 years of experience in start-up companies. She has previously worked at Partida Tequila, McMorrow Savarese Consulting, Scient and USWeb in general management, strategic planning, operations and finance roles. She most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Cooper Spirits, where she led the budgeting, operations and resource planning efforts. Kelly has a proven track record of success as a trusted advisor to “Board and C-level” executives making strategic decisions regarding product development, market expansion, investments, sales execution, organizational structure and branding.

Jennifer Kipp

Business Intelligence Manager |

Jennifer brings over 18 years of hospitality, wine and spirits experience to Redwood Brands.  Jennifer most recently worked at Campari America where she held highly analytical roles in Sales & Operations Planning, Business Development, Sales & Commercial Operations, as well as Sales Administration.  Jennifer has also held positions in corporate finance at SKYY Spirits and analyst positions within field sales at Schieffelin & Somerset (a joint venture between Diageo and Moet Hennessy.)  Jennifer has extensive experience working on brand acquisitions and dispositions, distributor realignment, as well as brand innovation.
